Based on the major needs of economic construction development in Hebei Province, and oriented towards various geotechnical engineering problems faced by modern civil engineering, the team has carried out researches on the geotechnical macroscopic mechanical properties, theories and calculation methods of foundation pit support system and slope stability design, solid waste curing soft ground treatment, high-performance geopolymer preparation technology, intelligent construction of civil engineering, pile-soil interaction model and its calculation methods. The team has made a series of achievements in the calculation of the pile-anchor support system, pile-soil interaction, rigid pile composite foundation calculation, soft ground dynamic response calculation, etc. The research is featured with the basic geotechnical theory and numerical analysis, geotechnical testing theory and technology, pile-soil-structure interaction, foundation pit support system, foundation treatment optimization, and slope engineering disaster mechanism and calculation.
